A lump sum payment will be made to your credit card when the reservation is completed. The payment will be automatically deducted from your designated account based on the card company's membership terms and conditions. If your credit card is not approved, your order will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your stay, we will charge you a cancellation fee from the day before your stay in accordance with the accommodation terms and conditions. Please note.
Cancellation 7 days before the date of stay: Free of charge
Cancellation 4 to 6 days before the date of stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
Cancellation or no-show from 3 days before the date of stay: 100% of the accommodation fee

Refund
Normally we do not accept refunds after your stay.
