Monthly Rental
Guests wishing to stay for one month or more can book at our special monthly rates.
Step 1
Contact Us
Please submit Contact Us Form with information of the area of the property, the period of use, and the number of guest.
We will contact you after checking the availability. If there are no vacancies in the property you want, we will inform you with rooms and prices that meet your requirements.
Step 2
Application
Once you have selected a room, we will send you a monthly application form by email.
Please fill out the application form and send it back to us by email along with a photo ID within the deadline.
Step 3
Contract and payment
After confirming the details of your application, your reservation will be confirmed. We will then send you a contract by email. Please sign to conclude the contract.
Please complete your payment by the provided deadline.
*Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, Paypay, Paypal
* Your reservation will be completed as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Step 4
Check in
The key will be handed over to you in a key box, and the pin code for the key box will be sent to you by email the day before your arrival.
*As a rule, check-in is after 15:00. If you would like to check in earlier, please contact us in advance.
Step 5
Check out
Generally, our staff will not be present when you move out.
Please lock the room and return it to the key box by 3:00pm on the last day.

*In addition to the room rate, we offer an optional cleaning fee of 6,000 yen (tax included) one time.
